The Skytrax World Airline Awards — widely regarded as the “Oscars of the aviation industry” — are based on the world’s largest independent airline passenger satisfaction survey conducted between September 2025 and August 2026. More than 100 customer nationalities participated, evaluating over 300 airlines across multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. The survey measures personal passenger choices, onboard product consistency, cabin comfort, service quality, airport experience, and overall value for money. Voting is independently audited, ensuring a transparent and globally recognized assessment of airline performance.
